FREE PATTERN: Snow white - PART 1

 

I'm very excited because this was my first doll of the Disney's Collection. This is a "Pocket Collection", due to these are tiny dolls, with legs an arms unstuffed, no wire, just the doll for play with them or collect. I made this in 2020, but I'm thinking about doing it again. Soon!

Snow white is not alone!🔆 This pattern contains instructions for the doll, the squirrel, the mirror and the apple. I think it is complete for play with her.

Materials:

- Cotton thread fingering (colour peach, blue, yellow, mustard yellow red, light blue, white, green, gray and black)

-  Acrylic (dark Brown and beige for the squirrel)

-  Crochet hook (1,10 mm)

-  Fiberfill for stuff

-  Safety eyes

-  Tapestry needle.

 Abbreviations:

mr  - magic ring	inc -  increase
ch – chain	FLO – front loop only
Sl st – slip stitch	BLO – back loop only
sc – single crochet	[ ] repeat work
hdc – half double crochet	( ) number of stitches at the end of the round
dec – decrease

Arms (x 2)

Start with peach colour yarn, working in a spiral

1)     4 sc in a MR (4)

2)    [1 sc, 1 inc] x 2 (6)

Change to yellow colour

9) to 12) 4 sc (4)

Legs (x 2)

With mustard yellow colour yarn, working in a spiral

1)     3 sc in a MR (3)

Change to peach colour

Body

Continue from the second leg:

 1)    With white colour:: ch 2, 5 sc (first leg), 2 sc on ch, 5 sc (second leg) (14)

Change to yellow colour

7) [5 sc, 1 dec] x 2 (12) Dec go on the waist. Stuff.

Head

Continue with the head:

Change to black colour

-- Safety eyes: between round 8 and 9  separated for 7 holes.

Dress

Turn your doll upside down, and hook the yellow colour yarn on FLO of round 4 of the body. Each row starts with ch 1 and finish with a sl st on the first stitch.

2) [1 sc, 1 inc] x 7 (21)

3) 21 sc (21)

4) [2 sc, 1 inc] x 7 (28)

5) [3 sc, 1 inc] x 7 (35)

6) to 17) 35 sc (35)

18) FLO 35 sc (35). Cut.

Hook white colour on BLO of round 17 of the dress.

19) 35 sc (35). Cut and hide.

 ---WAIST: Turn your doll upside down, and hook the blue colour yarn on FLO of round 5 of the body. Each row starts with ch 1 and finish with a sl st on the first stitch. Work just on the  7 front stitches.

1) 7 sc. (7). Turn

2) Ch 1, 1 dec, 3 sc, 1 dec (5). Turn

3) Ch 1, 1 dec, 1 sc, 1 dec (3). Turn.

4) 1 dec3 (1). Turn.

5) 1 sc (1). Cut.

Do the same with the other 7 stitches of the back. Do not cut the thread. Make a round of sl st, joining the triangles on the sides..

 ---SLEEVES: with light blue colour,

1) Ch 7, from the second ch on the hook, 6 sc. Turn.

2) Ch 1, 6 inc3 (18). Cut, put on the arm and sew the two sides. Embroider a fee red lines on them.

---NECK: hook white colour yarn on FLO of round 12 of the body, turn your doll upside down. Start from the left shoulder.

1) 7 sc (7). Turn.

2) Ch 1, 1 inc of sc, 1 inc of hdc, 3 inc of dc, 1 inc of hdc, 1 inc of sc (14). Turn.

3) Ch 1, 2 inc of sc, 2 inc of hdc, 6 inc of dc, 2 inc of hdc, 2 inc of sc (28). Turn.

4) 28 hdc (28). Turn.

5) Ch 1, 5 sc down the neck, 3 sl st on the front, 5 sc up the neck.

----With red:, 3 sc in a MR. Close and sew  it in the center of the dress.

Headband

With red colour,

1) In a MR: [ch 2, 2 hdc, ch 2, 1 sl st] x 2. Cut and leave a long thread and roll the yarn tightly around the center.

Ch 40, and sew the bow in the center. 

 Hair

Put the hair between rounds 1 to 4 from the top of the head. Cut threads of 28 cm aproximately, folded in half. With a crochet hook, take a stitch of the head, pull up middle of folded thread, then pull ends of threads through loop and pull tight.
